Scottish Faire 2009
Tartan Day Scottish Faire will be held April 4, 2009, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., at:
Ardenwood Historic Farm
34600 Ardenwood Blvd., Fremont CA.
Bagpipe bands, Highland and Scottish Country dancing, authentic Scottish food, folksingers, craft and jewelry vendors, clan booths, Scottish fiddlers, harpists, historical re-enactment groups, birds of prey demonstrations, and lots more entertainment and things to see and buy!
EBSA began in 1993 as the Tri-Cities Scottish Association of California (TSAC).
Our new name, East Bay Scottish Association, chosen in 2005, reflects our continued growth and the broader geographical area from which we draw our members.
Our goal is to promote the culture and heritage of Scotland by our many activities, including celebrating Scottish holidays and supporting the Scottish-American community. We have monthly meetings and an online newsletter, Tartan Tymes.
