  • Fremont 4 th of July parade

  • Ducks for Bucks (a fundraiser for nonprofit organizations)

  • Kirking O’The Tartan (a church holiday for blessing Scottish tartans, begun during the Jacobean era when wearing tartans was forbidden by the English occupiers)

  • St. Andrew's Day dinner (this festive meal is in honor of St. Andrew, patron saint of Scotland)

  • EBSA annual Christmas party

  • Robert Burns night (a celebration of Scotland's most famous poet)

  • Tartan Day Scottish Faire (Tartan Day commemorates Scotland’s independence, and is now celebrated in many countries to which Scots have immigrated). Bagpipe bands, Highland dancing, Scottish and American food vendors, historical re-enactment groups, harpists, folksingers, craft and jewelry vendors, clan booths, Scottish fiddlers, birds of prey demonstrations and lots more entertainment and things to see and buy!
